I have been every loyal to this company. We have bought many machines. Last year we have experienced the first problem with the technique. One of the machines was constantly not working which made me loose money, but moreover i wanted to solve it. It was absolutely new and i asked the company to change it since we were trying to solve the problem online for 2 months. I havd to pay for shipment and twice for customs. Yes i recieved the machine that had no such bug but i aslo lost 1000 eur on this deal. The last case was recently with the roller. We bought roller and the body handle works fine, but the face handle (we are using it very rarely, in fact only 8 times within 2 years), somehow stoped working. I know that the warranty just expired, but i was hoping that the after sales service could do something about it. Unfortunately no. So if you buy goods from this company you will meed great sales people, but those will be unable to always help ...
